Founded in 2012 by Joel García Irizarry in Hatillo, Puerto Rico, Essencia Bakery is more than a bakery—it’s a family legacy. Inspired by his grandmother’s cherished recipes and supported by his parents, Joel began crafting artisanal cakes, cookies, brownies, and other sweet treats that quickly gained popularity.
